The Iyengar® Yoga classes are in the spacious and fully equipped yoga school, and in the splendid Natural Reserve of the Abbey of Fiastra with its beautiful gardens. You can immerse yourself here in the peaceful atmosphere of spirituality and the beauty of nature.
The seminar consists of a rich program of classes with asana’s and Pranayama, open to all levels. The certified Iyengar® yoga teacher Phaedra de Zeeuw, gives individual attention to each participant and when necessary tailor-made modifications to the poses.

Accommodations and meals
Accommodation near the yoga school and the abbey
B&B Da Ezio, situated in the Natural Reserve of the Fiastra Abbey in one of the rooms next to the abbey’s church. The B&B price is €25.00 per night per person in a shared room (twin), single travellers can have sole occupancy of a room at €35.00 per night booking all the nights. All rooms have a private bathroom with shower.
Bed and Breakfast Mik & Ramo, a country house that has been recently renovated and where you can enjoy peace, tranquility and beautiful sites. It is situated in the hills surrounding the historical town of Urbisaglia, only two steps from the Fiastra abbey and it’s Natural Park. The B&B price in a double room with private bathroom is €25 per person a night.

After the yoga lessons it is possible to eat together with the group in restaurants near the accommodation (optional). The price of a healthy and complete meal starts from €9 (Punto Macrobiotico).
Optional activities
Optional activities: walks in the beautiful Natural Park of the Fiastra Abbey and visit to the abbey, excursion to Lake Fiastra in the Sibillini Mountains, or to Assisi.
