Easter Yoga Retreat with Phaedra de Zeeuw

Lessons are in the spacious Yoga school near the Natural Reserve of the Fiastra Abbey, Marche Italy.

With accommodations in the park or in the historical villages nearby. We eat out at local restaurants (optional).

Friday

15.00 pm arrival and introduction to the yoga holiday.

16.30 – 18.30 pm Yoga lesson

Saturday

9.30 – 12.00 am Yoga lesson

Afternoon at leisure.

17.00 – 19.00 pm Yoga lesson

Sunday

9.30 – 12.00 am Yoga lesson

Afternoon at leisure.

17.00 – 19.00 pm Yoga lesson

Monday

9.30 am – 11.30 am Yoga lesson

11.30 – 17.00 pm Half a day is dedicated to an organised excursion to the Adriatic coast or in the Sibillini  mountains.
